synchronization – Unprune & Re-Obtain Failed. Core asks for a “-reindex” as a result of chainstate, then fails

I used to be trying to return from pruned to unpruned chainstate. Unchecked the pruned field. Core cautioned this could require re-download of the blockchain in its entirety. OK, fantastic. Shutdown Core to re-start and it failed, repeatedly. Since I do not know how you can -reindex, I uninstalled Core, presuming ALL knowledge, recordsdata, listing buildings, and so forth., related to this system could be eliminated or deleted. Nope. Discovered the next knowledge and buildings relationship to first set up:
Roaming Data Folder including (pruned) blocks

From the debug.log:

LoadBlockIndexDB(): Block recordsdata have beforehand been pruned

: That you must rebuild the database utilizing -reindex to return to unpruned mode. This can redownload the whole blockchain. Please restart with -reindex or -reindex-chainstate to recuperate.

shouldn’t be overwriting a chainstate

Error: Error opening block database

Shutdown: In progress…

If I uninstall Core once more, after which Delete the folders: blocks & chainstate, will this power one other obtain? Or do I must Delete the whole Roaming>Bitcoin folder?

Thanks
